The roster is embedded below with its own editable student details, subject marks, semester sums, averages, ranks, and CSV export. It runs independently from the dashboard's Student Mark List.

Administration: User & Activity Control
Add more staff users
Create as many accounts as needed in your Supabase project: Authentication → Users → Add user (or Invite user). Give each staff member their own email and temporary password. Do not give staff the admin role. After creation, use Refresh below to see profiles if your profiles table is linked to Auth users.
This browser page cannot securely create or permanently delete Supabase Auth users by itself. To avoid exposing administrator secrets, create accounts in Supabase; permanently deleting an Auth account must also be done there or through a protected server-side function.

What the controls mean
- Approve: marks the profile approved if the table has an
approvedcolumn and your Supabase Row Level Security policy permits administrator updates. - Deactivate: sets
is_activeto false if that column and policy exist. For this to block sign-in, the dashboard's authentication policy must check that flag. - Delete Auth user: use Supabase Authentication → Users. Removing only a profile row is not the same as deleting the authentication account.
